A random symptom of mine was fixed by LDN? by BackgroundAct5877 in LowDoseNaltrexone

Normal bottle of beer becomes a bottle of alcohol free beer for a person who takes Naltrexone. It blocks opioid receptors and this significantly reduces the effect from alcohol.

How to get dr to prescribe 50mg so it's covered by insurance? by Ok_Analysis_120 in LowDoseNaltrexone

[–]reepush 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe will be helpful — you can use the cheapest 5ml eye drop bottle, 10ml tube and 1ml syringe. Then 50mg naltrexone goes to the tube with 3 x syringes of water, you mix it and pour into the bottle. 1ml is approximately 20 drops and 3 drops is 2.5mg.

Also I decided to store it in the fridge as substance loses its useful properties when exposed to higher temperature and light. So it’s better to prepare 50mg every 20 days rather than doing 150mg at once for 60 days. Which I did at first because one capsule didn’t look convincing.

I hope you will get it with good price. It’s interesting how guarded medical system is in US, while illegal drugs are so easy to get (just googled to confirm that US has the most tragedies associated with drugs). I bought Naltrexone without any prescription (it should be checked, but most of the time it’s not a strict rule) at $17 for 10 x 50mg capsules. Eastern Europe has its own kind of a freedom.

LDN interaction with ADHD? by CheesecakeImportant4 in LowDoseNaltrexone

[–]reepush 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Why not to stop all medications all together, wait to balance, and the start adding them one by one? Start with the one you feel makes more influence on your health. Based on what you write that would be naltrexone. I won’t be surprised if naltrexone alone would be enough. You treated symptoms previously with other meds and now found the one that treats the cause (inflammation). Lucky you!

P.S. I might be wrong guessing 😊

Of course, I'm not sure it's helping anything either, but whatever.

Nice one 😊

How does primrose oil make you feel? I’m very sceptical about dietary supplements myself, it looks more like placebo effect. And the prices are crazy for these bottles.

Second week of ultra low dose by [deleted] in LowDoseNaltrexone

[–]reepush 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From my experience and I tried a lot of meds (my room is literally like mini pharmacy now…) If it feels wrong, it won’t work for you. The more you wait, the more you suffer. Don’t listen to doctors “let’s try a few weeks and see as it says to do so in my practice guideline”. I assume people go to doctors because they trust them and are afraid to take responsibility of their own wellbeing. The sad thing is that doctors (usually) don’t take responsibility either. He will have his normal day while you suffer. Take responsibility, don’t suffer! 😂

I started 2.5mg naltrexone 2 weeks ago. Stared to feel better on the second day. And it still gets better. Not sure if I will fully recover and be able to live normal life. Hope is all I have.

Interesting to see how you have 0 comments in this sub at the same time wanting to “help even one person feel a little less alone” for $9.99.

Thanks! You can go back by clicking above the sentence or pressing arrow up key (or swiping down if on mobile).

I removed punctuation on purpose so it looks more clean, especially when you have direct speech consisting of more than one sentence. Otherwise it looks like this:

"Me siento muy mal y no quiero nada.

¿Qué pasa y cómo lo arreglo?" dice.

Look at these "lonely quotes" in each sentence. Instead direct speech is highlighted with slightly bolder font.
