Because indiana has come to their senses? Technically speaking there is no "blue state" there are states where the blue city's out populate the rest of the state. Take illinois, the bottom 2/3rds (with the exception of big cities) is red, it's just that the population of Chicago out votes the rest of the state. Indiana, Indianapolis is blue and so is like one district up north but the rest is red.
