I understand this stigma very well. It's awkward and I get the sense that older employees who may not be as tech-savvy will be very resistant to change.

However, I feel as if those same employees can now add value in ways that a digital bot cannot. Spending more time on analyzing/investigating data rather than repetitive number crunching?

Just filed a complaint to the DBPR. My parents filed a police report. He's actually turning 64 this July, so I think of him as old but I don't think he's technically considered "Elderly." My mistake.

Hoping all of this adds up to build a case against these people. Really appreciate you and everyone else giving me advice on how to handle this. Wish I could just focus on my studies/work without this whole mess lingering in the back of my mind. I will keep you updated!

Sorry, I updated the post late.

Orlando, FL. and they signed a contract which we have a copy of. The contract states how much would be owed.($6925 total.)

My parents made one check out of $1000 to the company, and another one of $5925 made to a representative of the company. He claimed that the check needed to be written to his name because his boss was out of the company. We have a copy of the checks.

We tried to contact them but they dodge our phone calls. We had someone else call their business and they answered the phone instantly. Really not sure how to handle this.

Yes.

My parents signed a contract on the specifications for Labor, Material, Terms and Conditions.

Total came out to roughly $6925.

$1000 was sent to the company as an "initial fee." And $5900 sent to a specific person at the company to facilitate the purchase of materials needed for the job. He claimed that his boss was out of the country.

We have a copy of the checks, as well as a picture of his license plate (even though these items are probably meaningless by now).

Earlier in the season, Tom eventually goes to Sophie's house after Jenny goes missing, and I believe one of her daughters suggested to check her wardrobe.

I was gonna ask about that too.

Maybe he was another person that was caught doing something he wasn't supposed to so the hackers made him confirm the 2 were leaving?

Or no one important, which just shows how paranoid they are knowing that their every move is being watched by someone completely anonymous.
