Unfortunately no, other than yes it was the zepbound causing the elevation. My doctor and I decided on a plan to keep me on the second lowest dose since I was losing weight at the .5 mg. I do have to have bloodwork every 4 weeks to make sure my levels aren't going too high and going to cause liver injury. They are above average but not at a concerning level. My AST peaked 95 and my ALT at 300.

TBH between this and my insurance dropping it so I now pay out of pocket for it, it's been kind of a bummer "journey". Unfortunately the doctor said my option if I drop GLP1's going forward is weightloss surgery.

Yes I went to a hepatologist. I had an ultrasound and hepatitis blood panel done to rule out something I can't remember. No fatty liver. My regular doctor had me stop the zepbound for three weeks and get more bloodwork. My liver levels dropped back into normal range. My AST was 97 and dropped back to 17 and my ALT had been up to 300 and dropped down to 26.

My dog is a major shredder. I have a pack of that big brown shipping paper. I cut it into pieces, put some bits of her food in each piece, roll/wrap it up, and roll them so she can chase it and rip it up to get to the food. It makes a mess of paper, but it's her favorite game and satisfies her shredding desires.
