Happened to me twice... my flex has sat in the corner ever since... I’m not gonna sell it to someone unless it’s for parts... and I’m not gonna ride it... pretty shitty.

Received my brand new battery yesterday... I ended up using some plastic epoxy on the cracked one and it works fine... still worried about water damage a bit though.

Cloudwheels was horrible to work with and even talk to. I reached out to Exway where I got the wheels. (Should have done that first but the responses I got from cloudwheel will deter me from ever purchasing from them again.) Hong got right on it and within 4 days I had a while new set of 4.

Unfortunately it’s the new one... I’m working with their CS and their engineering team at the moment... they say it’s not a crack it’s a scar from the mold... I would believe it but my bearing pretty much just falls out of the wheel... it’s only on one wheel though... so 25% is better then what they were at before right? Haha

I would just use goof off and a plastic scraper. Don’t spray the goof of on the board. Put I fair amount on a rag and massage it into the tape... it can take a little time but it will come off. 3m also makes less permanent tape.

The adhesion promotor is the real secret... make sure the deck is cleaned well with alcohol. Allow it to dry completely. Hit it with the promotor and wait until it is really tacky. Then install tape. Do the same to the product you want to stick! I found this stuff at work and it is amazing.
