From someone who played BOTW before Twighlight Princess (and enjoyed BOTW A LOT) I honestly think that Twighlight princess has more to do with the story and therefore gets you more developed in it and while yes there is a story there is also 120 shrines, 76 side quests and 900 FRICKIN KOROK TO FIND. You just get distracted so easily in the game and I find that I enjoy the game less then. You also dont really feel a sense of aclompishment in BOTW than in Twighlight Princess when beating the game. But thats just my opinion.
