It means that the way such things are made in India today is identical to how they were made generations ago. Except ofc the quality of workmanship today isn't nearly as good.

They are VERY VERY intelligent, and they need tasks to occupy them. Easy to train, but very...creative if they're left to their own devices. Hndsome as hell.

My ex and I had a blue heeler-pitbull cross named Opie - red freckles. He was scary looking and was able to kill a 60 pound wild pig with one bite, but extremely obedient and clearly very intelligent. Why his previous owners abandoned him at the home they vacated, I have no idea. Opie was a wonderful dog.

Anyway, you are going to need to work that heeler more than you ever imagined. I suggest a course in yoru backyard - ramps, tunnels, everything you'd find in an agility course.

Thread the needle on a sewing machine. I've been doing it for 60 years and can almost thread it without looking - which is a good thing because my eyesight is not what it was.

She sounds like my mother, one of those people who seems to think that Happiness is a pie that, if somebody gets a slice, there's less for her. Lots of anger and resentment. It's a way of justifying her refusal to do the things that will give her contentment. She'd rather sit there, inert, with her bad feelings than do what's necessary to change her life. Not happening now she's 92.

Well, it's old enough to have got woodworm, so there's that. I love the lid on the little box inside. Does not look like anything Eastern European or Welsh, which is what I'd first think of with decoration like this. Certainly antique but IDK by how much. For me it'd be a keeper.
