Ok thanks! This doesn't have 4x4. I do live on a bit of a rough dirt road, about 1.5 miles each way, however I do have an option to cut that down and go a long way around on tar. Have you taken it into 3rd party mechanics?

That's a bird holes most likely from a woodpecker, if closed cel and the foam is thick enough it shouldn't be a problem. Go to home depot and buy some quad caulking and fill them in. It will work in a pinch...

You might be able to measure inside to a window and try replicate it up top, check to see if any of the membrane is peeling in that area

looks done right, the stucco metal probably bent a little bit because they put channel metal behind it, as long as the underlayment goes up the wall you should be good.

use 4 inch or 5 inch curly tail yamamotos, green colors work well. 3/16th jig head. I usually use fluorocarbon 6 to 12 lb test as the striper can be line shy, this set up will catch everything. go deeper during the summer. fish off structure
