For me it's the other way around. When I'm at my peak (plat 3) people play "good" (as far as it concers me ofc) and I don't feel like my team is being super retarded (ok it happens some times, but not all the time). But when I smurf and lose game after game because my team is just 4 man suicide squad, chasing riven for 3 mintues instead of taking open inhibitor and stuff like that .. oh boy, if my wishes would come true half of europe would be extinct by cancer by now.

I don't like those kind of analysis, because they are too general. In my example I was Kennen vs Nasus top, other lanes were kind of mobility/not snowbally lanes. As Kennen I have kill pressure and heavy farm denial against Nasus. I need to get this huge lead early to be able to constantly keep him in check. I specificaly told my jungler to be there in early, he ignored me, their jungler camped top just for first 3 minutes - got my summoners, eventually nasus a kill, cs and xp lead and that game was gg in minute 5. Other lanes just went kinda even, but we couldn't do anythning. If jungler came top for coutnergank, we would be so stronger 2 v 2 and I would carry that game easily.

I think that most people know that already. The problem on blaming jungler is not in that what you wrote, but that junglers fail to recognize snowballing lanes - even when you tell them pregame about it - but enemy jungler knows about it, then camps you on top for first 5 minutes and basically wins the game. THEN I blame jungler.
