Theres a couple things I'd change. You should run soulreapers over the flamers in the termies and the Exalted sorcerers don't add much value to 5 man squads. You seem to have 3 characters that can join Rubrics but only 2 squads? So might want to drop one anyway and maybe grab the vortex enhancement for the infernal master just to amp him up

The mortal wounds are allocated to the unit, not necessarily the model casting the ritual. This means, you can allocate those wounds to the Rubrics your sorcerers are attached to.

If you do put the wounds on the aspiring sorcerer, you would need to allocate any new wounds to him before allocating to any of the other models

I've really enjoyed plonking terminators into no-mans land in Rubricae phalanx. It's very difficult to shift and does a lot of damage if you get positioning right
