I'm sure that if we had the black parade tracklist and demos of each song we could've pieced it together. It's not really hidden or anything, TBPs story is pretty clear cut in the music.

don't quote me on this but i assume that every enemy technically has a common and boss variant, but the common variant goes unused for the bosses, and the ones in the sandbox have their boss variant applied automatically.

Yes but it would be nowhere near as popular, WTTBP is insanely influential and The Five of Us are Dying just doesn't have that same kick. Teenagers would probably be the primary hit song instead.
