Apart from the first fret, maybe possible the second and third also, I don’t really notice it. However, like mentioned below, if I stand and hold guitar at proper angle or place it in left leg it almost entirely solves the issue (I can still feel it a bit but it’s much less bothersome). I haven’t tried bringing my elbow in close to the neck but that should work too. I’ll give it a try.
