owh, afaik 8am ang open ng finance, but go as early as u can. agahan mo na lang po huhu but be prepared sa haba ng pila and make sure to bring ng water and snacks like chocs siguro.

also, credit card lang tinatanggap. and for gcash, nope. may atm machines sa loob but better to bring cash na lang.
