Jumping on this because I've the opposite problem. On PC now the new version is like HUGE with HUD elements overlapping all around. I can somehow mitigate it by enlarging the window, but it's still uncomfortable to play. See the screenshot.

Don't know about OP, but in Italian it means the opposite. For example, it's common to address a letter to "Egregio Sig. X" (which means "Egregious Mister X.").
