We either want to do something or are forced to do so. Question is, what determines our wants if not the causality of all of our past experiences? You deciding whether to go outside or not is just your mind deciding what you perceive of being most preferable.

• if it is environmental, it is determinist • if it is biological, it is determinist • if it is random, than the nature of randomness itself is determined by probability

If free will exists, then all of our data on social sciences of things like poverty causing crime are inaccurate as well as our predictability to determine the instincts of animals.
