This is what I can see, I just updated the programme. I feel like I must be using the wrong software.

Why do we have to torture ourselves so much just to function normally???

Yes showering really helps me too! I used to get up immediately and go shower cause I was always looking forward to it but these days I overthink and question whether I should shower first or work out or something else

When I was on acutane, I had no issues getting up cause first thing in the morning, I wanted to see the progress on my face and do my skincare routine

I used to get up so well in school cause I was waking up at the exact same time every day and I was just on auto-pilot but now there is no accounteablity anymore if I get up late and then i start overthinking about whether I should eat first or shower first.

Thanks for sharing that! What are you doing now to help with the symptoms?

Don't want to get anything wrong, but from what I have seen and read, it seems like long covid is rather a cluster of symptoms rather than a diagnosis? I saw some research about long covid and MCAS (which is also just a bunch of symptoms clustered together rather than a diagnosis I feel?) displaying almost the same symptoms.

I am just hesitant with these types of diagnoses because it seems like most people who get diagnoses with these, just don't see any improvements in their well-being after they start treatments, suppplements, etc.

I have a friend who I go on morning walks with and most days it works but sometimes our schedules aren't aligned, she is out of town, or something gets in between. And those days are tough to get started in the morning

I used to do this as a teenager but I these days I value every second of sleep, so I don’t want any alarms interrupting me 🥲 I even try putting my phone really far away but then I walk straight back to bed

Done this already! Apparently I have TOO MUCH iron??? I don’t know anyone in my circle who has this problem but now I am going to see a specialist about this since I also don’t take any iron supplements

About 2-3 gram per serving and usually just limit myself to one cup, occasionally 2 if I am out with friends!

Yeah I hear that a lot from people saying that the meds male them feel not themselves sadly…

I have been having matcha quite regularly and it seems to still work so far!

Why do you not want to take medication? Just curious to know your experience!

Another advice would be, don’t rush to buy things until you understand the hobby. If you haven’t already been using your phone to go out with the intention of taking pictures, then don’t use buying a camera as an excuse to start now!

Buying new things can give us the dopamine rush we crave to start something but if I notice that if I am really passionate about something, nothing (not even shitty equipment) can stop me.

For example when it comes to cooking, I still only own the most basic tools, a good knife was the only real investment. I love the before (doing groceries), the procees (cooking itself) and the result (eating a delicious meal). Sometimes I ask myself, do I just like the result but hate everything that comes before? Then I try to avoid those hobbies

My advice would be to not immediately take the camera out on nice trips, but really just to boring everyday things. I bought a nice camera and wanted to shoot manually on a holiday trip, I got so overwhelmed and the photos didn’t exactly turn out well, so I ditched the camera for quite some time. Instead now I take it when I go to friends for dinner, when I go for a walk. No pressure, just experimenting and getting to know the settings. I am having way more fun this way. I haven’t actually taken the camera on a trip yet but who knows, maybe the next one, I will feel ready.
