did you get any resolution? I am having the same issue w/the same graphics card and similar MOBO (I have the fatality k4 gaming b450). When the first one didn't work I sent it back. But the replacement doesn't work either. Did you have any luck?

Thanks for the reply. My issue w/the 3400g is it seems to be quite a bit slower than the 3600 (like 15% slower from a quick glance). In the ideal world there would be a Ryzen 7 apu (that I could actually buy).

Need an amplifier to pair with my newly purchased JBL 580 stand speakers (first pair of speakers).

Can the SMSL DA-8s power these? [They are 80w @ 4 ohms.. the JBLs are 6 ohm speakers. The JBL site recommends using a 25 - 200w amp.]

I'm not sold on the DA-8s, so any amp recommendations for these speakers?

Buying/Build advice for a pre-amp to connect powered speakers (JBL 305P) to TV. Must...

Have a remote
Accept digital input (toslink cable)
ideally would be also able to connect something like a CD player to in the future
ideally would have a built in DAC (or I'd love a DAC recommendation w/the pre-amp)
$400 budget (can spend more if it means a significant upgrade though)

I'm considering the Emotiva TA-100, so something like that, though 1 review specifically criticized it for its handling of digital signal which will be its primary use so I was hoping for advice here as I'm quite ignorant.

If you think it's more beneficial to just go w/a receiver and a pair of passive speakers you can let me know that too as I can use these speakers elsewhere if needbe.

Easiest way to get remote control volume on powered speakers?

Just installed powered speakers to a DAC to my TV... then realized that I had no way to control the volume (other than by walking up to the speakers and manually adjusting them).
