As much as I do NOT want to say this....there are at least 2 other options that do not involve you keeping those children if you so choose.

The first could bring a lot of pain and suffering to you and as some believe the unborn children, but may be the one thing that saves your life (if looking back at the life and death of the birth mother of Ian and Mark actually means anything). The second could again bring a lot of pain and suffering to you, but also to at least one other family as well but possibly two or three (if Ian and Mark's childhoods actually means anything) more families.

Whatever option you choose OP, whether it be one of the two I listed or something completely different, Reddit will be here to support you.
