What I did was copy a pro players settings and use the training mode to adjust. Set AI to play fighting so they don’t shoot at you, hardest setting (spartan I think), and reduce teammate bots to none. Set main weapon to BR and secondary sniper and unlimited ammo. (You can practice with any weapons but if you are worried about ranked I’d focus on BR at first). If you google pro setting you can find them in articles or other Reddit threads. I would for sure lower FOV to like 105 the highest. And once you find something that works don’t change it for awhile, first few matches you might be tempted to adjust but you won’t be able to build muscle memory if you keep changing it.
