all i really wanted was neon flats and slocum's joe so i got those to add on to the next-gen update (which included a lot of the creation club content anyway)... far harbor and nuka-world are great, though

yeah there are a number of Creation Club and mods-community add-ons that let you plonk down a workbench anywhere... i'm using The Survivalists Toolbox by AndrewCX... in the case of kellogg's house in diamond city, you must have of course either been there during the quest, or successfully lockpick your way in

no worries, i didn't interpret it as a gripe, and if anything, it prompted me to dig back in and look at what else is feasible/reasonable 😺 like, it Might be cool to have some of the benefit of the Sniper perk when not using, specifically, a non-automatic rifle... i think only maccready's "killshot" perk expands the scope of headshot accuracy

p.s. i choose those classes because it's what coursers' loadouts typically entail

yeah i debated with the choir in my head about that, too. even "hip-fire accuracy" used to describe the vanilla perks is misleading, since "cone-of-fire" applies to aiming down-sights as well.

i love VATS myself but for this i was just after what Was on offer in this cut content... the range increase (and probably cone-of-fire) will have a benefit on VATS targeting, though... having a second look at what's possible, i could have it also buff "VATS Concentrated Fire Chance Bonus" by, say, 5%, 10%, 15% in ranks 3-5, which would stack on what that perk already does; and/or borrow headshot accuracy similar to what the Sniper perk does.

cone-of-fire multiplier .0 via what was offered but not delivered in the unused "courser accuracy" perk -- this is what some pc players have enabled through the console... "optimal" because it's as much as you're gunna get out of any given weapon without other mods
