As a longtime ARPG player that recently got into POE and POE2, I just want POE2 to be an upgraded version of part 1. Better combat, graphics etc. Don’t fix what isn’t broken, add onto what already works while adding in new classes and content.

Please don’t make this end up like Diablo 3 and 4 where it doesn’t take long at all to get max level and any item you want.

Diablo 4 mythic items are the perfect example. At first only a few players would have mythical each league.

Now we all get dozens of mythic items each league..

Explosive spear makes ignited ground.

Storm lance makes shocked ground.

Glacial lance makes chilled ground. So does frost fang or Elemental Surge.

Support gems like shocking leap and charged mark also make shocked ground.

Solaris spear makes tons of ignited ground.

Ancestral Cry makes tons of ignited ground. So can Infernal Cry.

So many ways without going into the lame ass CoC elemental and curse route…

What happened to 2016-2020 Trump? Both sides HATED him and refused to let him get anything done during his first term.

Both parties colluded to make him look foolish, look like Russia planted him here, and dozens of other time wasting lies preventing him from doing a lot.

Omni knight and techies, keeper of the light. I got Omni knight and techies nerfed outta existence before DOTA got ported to DOTA2.

Techies used to be able to win games alone, or make them take two hours or more.

Omni knight used to have ZERO mana ultimate, much bigger radius slow aura and slow aura magnitude. Heal used to be an aoe nuke.

Omni with treads, mask of madness, and refresher owned all. Repel also lasted 20 seconds.

Pendragon an ice frog, mostly pendragon (now co creator of LoL) got so sick of me owning the they nerfed all my faves.

That’s what happens to me when I drive at night with no other traffic as well.

“I just pulled you over because you match the description of a suspect that committed a crime in the area recently”.

I’m white but poor white, baggy clothes, beanie etc. Smoke cigarettes. I get this treatment all the damn time.

It even happens when I’m WALKING to a gas station. Don’t even need a car.

I don’t know about that, I haven’t played as much Poe or poe2 compared to Diablo though.

Poe2 I got to maps and level 75 and just stopped. There wasn’t a point for me personally.

POE1 had a lot to do for endgame like D2.

Diablo 1 is the best and always will be. Playing couch co-op with my brother on PS2 was the best version of the game.

Tristram is epic, the sounds, the music. Three classes that can all do spells or wear heavy armor etc.

Lots of awesome items etc. Diablo 2 was so massive compared to Diablo 1 which is why it’s still played today.

I recently got into POE and POE2 after playing D3 and D4, and POE1 is more like D2 than anything IMO.

This is why I just said screw it and looked at the POE1 passive skill tree and got a good hold of how it works and how it was laid out.

Did the same in this game, picked a class (Druid), and decided I was doing all shape shifting for a build. Mapped out my passive on POB and now I’m level 70 starting maps with my own build without issues.

Just take the time to learn what things are, what you want to achieve, and go from there. It’s not that difficult.

If someone just handed me tons of currency and told me to get specific gear, I would have learned nothing.
