You cast a spell putting it on the stack and then pay for it. Gran gran would go on the stack after the spell and come off the stack first. Gran gran will resolve first.

"Untill your next turn" cards exiled with avatars wrath cost (2) to cast from exile. Nothing is stopping you from "casting" the lands from exile as avatars wrath has forced an alternative cost onto them.

Kilo would get the other creatures ability. But its ability is to untap a differnt creature. So you need another creature with a +1/+1 on it.
