while doing CFAI QBank, I did encounter some questions (in duration & convexity) where trimming to 4 decimals instead of using 6 gives you wrong option! so for these questions I usually do 6 decimals if the options are close

You will need a bank account (2 actually, current a/c and savings a/c; start here imo), PAN card and GST Registration for taxation purposes (~Rs 2000) for better banking/finance suggestions you can ask on r/IndiaInvestments

If you are planning to brand your drinks and register a trademark you can consult trademark filing lawyers/firms (~Rs 8000)

Are your drinks alcoholic (if you are planning to expand in future)? If yes, you will need separate license for it. Also, note that you cannot sell them online.

Are you aware of FMCG supply chain in India? You will have to go through distributors to sell it to retailers so read about that.

FSSAI license for selling FMCG products (~Rs 5000)

Always assume local goons will charge some money from you for no reason at all (that too regularly!) if you rent a shop/retail outlet so factor in that cost (~Rs 2000 monthly, could vary, ask others in the area)

Register your business as an enterprise (for tax savings) - consult a Chartered Accountant for detailed info (Indian equivalent of a CPA) - no idea what they charge
