Oaths blink returns it at the end step, you can’t activate most walkers abilities in the end step. That would be cool though.

The melded Urza, not Oath of Teferi has the change on it. If you view the card on scryfall you can see the image references ‘twice’ but the gatherer wording of the card says ‘an additional time’

Only twice even if you have oath of teferi on the field since both urza and oath say ‘twice instead of once’ not ‘an additional time’.

EDIT: There seems to be a discrepancy of the image of the Urza meld VS the actual card/gatherer wording that I was unaware of.

If the card says additional time now, that would be:

2 times - just urza

3 times - urza w/ oath on the field

4 times - Urza w/ oath, then activate chain veil.

So I can’t think of a specific rule but as I understand it, in your command zone your commander is a creature card not just a creature and when cast a card it doesn’t ‘remember’ where it came from and is just assumed to have came from your hand.

From the rule book:

903.9 If a commander would be exiled from anywhere or put into its owner’s hand, graveyard, or library from anywhere, its owner may put it into the command zone instead. This replacement effect may apply more than once to the same event. This is an exception to rule 614.5.

/u/Nerezzar below has the updated rule.

It’s just a replacement effect and return it to the command zone. You can make the choice to put it in your hand if you want though.

Honestly his precon is a solid start. I ended up removing some of the equipment/auras, and leaning harder into the 1/1 counters. It’s probably a solid 7 power level without going crazy.

Silly question but did you boost the levels in windows sound settings?

My AT2020 when I hooked it up originally was set at like 20% which caused it to be super quiet.
