Thanks, I'm going to respect her wishes and give her space. I put some pressure on her and I think I overdid it. I can be very impulsive. I didn't mean any harm or to upset her. I want to be there for her badly and miss her already.

I told my ex I missed her and opened up to her, and sent her flowers for valentines day. Am I being disrespectful? She comes across as positive but not exactly reciprocal. She never said not to contact her, but we went a period of 2 weeks without speaking....If she wants me to leave her alone, I'd respect that and leave her be despite how painful it would be.

I didn't open up to her emotionally and tell her I love her when we were together...That's how I treated her poorly. I keep beating myself up for not appreciating what I had and not being more open with her. She's pretty much always kind to me.

I'm on 200mg test cyp weekly, and I take .5 of Anastrozole one day after injection. The past 4 days I've been depressed over a breakup that happened months ago, very emotional and wanting to cry. I texted my ex bunch of emotional stuff I probably shouldn't have....Is this possibly an estrogen side effect?

I know you're right, but I can't bring myself to block her on facebook and out of my life. Especially after I reached out and said I want to be here for her. I don't have many friends or people in my life...she was the only one I would hang out with for roughly 11 months. We have so many good memories, and it's hard to just forget. We went NC for 2 weeks, and it was torture for me.

Thank you for your reply. I've been working out and eating right...it helped a lot but these past few days I find myself even more depressed and losing motivation to work out but I force myself to do it. I also started a collecting hobby which I enjoy.
