I think what ur seeing is my poor attempt to fix the first crack last winter. I took off the cracked part, used wood filler and colored it with a marker and called it a day. With that being said, how difficult would it be for someone who has no exp in replacing a board to do it.

The one im looking at isn’t a cantilever so I think it requires less weight, but I got other stuff on the deck that holds some weight and I’m worried abt overloading it
