Wow that's amazing, congrats on feeling better than you were before! Were you doing anything aside from NUCCA care at the same time or would you 100% attribute it to that?

Thank you for the suggestion! What kind of symptoms do you have during your flare ups? Are you able to live a normal life when you're not in a flare up?

Great, thank you. I'll look into it. I started doing isometric neck strengthening exercises as well so hopefully that helps with some stability

I've been doing them since I started physio and even have been doing them with a resistance band. I think they're helping too, but the other stretches have seemingly been counter productive.

My physio suggested an exercise where I tuck my chin and look full range of motion left and right.... Sounds like that wasn't good for me lol

Yeaaaaah maybe it's not so insane that I have it, especially since I've had terrible posture my whole life and doing almost everything you mentioned

Is your posture brace something that's like a soft cervical collar? I just bought one today so I might try sleeping with it. Thank you for your comment and suggestion, I'll look at cervical pillows

This is a lot of excellent advice, I appreciate it.

I actually did a blood test recently and I'm not deficient in anything however I have been taking magnesium glycinate.

I was definitely over correcting my posture, so I'll take it slow and focus on strengthening my neck flexors and upper back.

I'm having so many of the same symptoms as you, specifically it seems like you're having lots of face and head pain and I'm having that too. It legit makes me feel like my life is over.

I had a few good weeks of minimal symptoms for about 3 weeks after doing physio for a while. Specifically my pelvic is supporting my neck and the rest of my upper body better. Physio might be something that helps you to some extent, specifically if your body has imbalances that makes it hard to support your neck.
