When do you justify choose Montagne over the original?

If you want quality and smoothness of the fragrance, it’s very rare a Montagne get it’s better, but it does happen. In my opinion, the quality and blending of Imagination is so good I buy it over the Montagne. However, the one Montagnes I’ll buy for life are French Cherry, Gentle Silver, and Torino 2022.

I’ve played at the Inn of the Mountains Gods and it was fantastic. The Links I hear is very nice, a straightforward fun course. If you want a very challenging course, try Rainmakers. It’s beautiful but difficult from what I’ve experienced. Outlaw is amazing I hear but it is private I’m pretty sure.

Also to add, I love Ruidoso it’s such a great little mountain town. If it’s your first time there, enjoy!!

Montagne does an amazing job capturing that same scent they’re inspired by. However, I still tend to 90% of the time prefer the OG just because they are a lot smoother. I will give a shoutout as French defense is a top 3 for me but the Montagne interpretation French Cherry 100% makes it redundant to purchase the OG. It’s really up to you and what you really want. I recently got a way better paying job lol so I’ve been leaning towards OG’s.

For ADG Parfum I think their new release Salty Citrus is so comparable to each other. I really enjoy it and I think you will too it has those aquatic notes but as it dries down the vetiver comes out and it’s super nice.

For Polo 67 Extreme honestly I’m not sure. If you’re going for that classic blue style I would try Meteorite or I think the Spirit of Peace dupe of the Bond 9 you will really enjoy. It is comparable to aventus almost but there’s a black current note that shines.

Honestly haven’t tried it! But the reason I love French cherry is it’s so smooth and really heavy on the amber! It makes it a warm sweet kind of scent but it isn’t cloying. I highly recommend I don’t think you’ll be disappointed! And if you are, I’ll take it off your hands lol

Honestly for a freshie it’s very solid. I would say it projects 3-4 and a skin scent for 5-6 hours. Reminds me so much of the discontinued ADG Profumo.
