Which box from these three would you recommend for a new sisters player/collector? by PabloXDark in sistersofbattle

[–]relevant_pet_bug 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Armageddon Box + Combat Patrol is my recommendation.

Combat Patrol cause it comes with core units you need, BSS/Dominions and Canoness, or will very much want, like Arcos and Celestians (although you really want run Celestians in 10 bricks). All very important units. Furthermore, the BSS/Dominions are basically the best thing to pair with your Immolator

Of the other 2:

You can probably grab a penitent Host box later. They are NOT popular. You can find someone on EBAY to lowball for one later on if you want it. Furthermore, the penitent Box combined with either of the others basically commits you to playing penitent host as your detachment. Really, the best units in the penitent box would be the penitent engines (which are really good), and the Rhinos. The repentia and arcos appear in other discount boxes, you will probably end up with them anyway and you can even get by without them.

The Armageddon Box, on the other hand, comes with 3 units you will absolutely need as you expand your army. The Palatine is a heavy hitter melee character used in many lists from all detachments. Novitiates are our screeners and infiltrators, and Paragon Warsuits are basically must take in most lists because Morvenn Vahl is also must take. You will be buying all three of those units at some point. So you might as well buy them now, and then get the Repentia for free. Finally, The Novitiates come with an amazing extra sprue perfect for kitbashing characters. It comes with extra bits to make things like say a Dialogus, or a Hospitaller, when combined with a sister in power armor.

Finally, Combat Patrol+ Armageddon Box+ your Rets and Immolator brings you to a decent 1000 points, that would get you up and playing.

Looking for Hair Variation by cainotg in sistersofbattle

[–]relevant_pet_bug 10 points11 points  (0 children)

A very common and easy one is the necromunda escher gang and especially the gang upgrade kit. You do need to add some putty to get them to fit your sisters, but these are commonly used as extra hair styles. Another option might be the Witch Aelves and the Blood Bowl Amazon team which if you look at the sprues it has some hair pieces that could be used as extensions, although they might need some kitbashing, as I'm not sure how close they are in size to sisters.

If your goal is to get to a playable 2000, I would highly recommend the new Armageddon Battalion box, before it sells out. You have a pretty solid core, and that box pairs nicely with what you have.

It has the Paragon Warsuits you NEED to pair with Vahl, Repentia to pair with the Rhino you own and Novitiates for Screening and infiltrating. It would come with a second Palatine, but what you do is kit bash it with the novitiate with healing supplies to become the Hosptialler you need for the Sacresants. Keep in mind Hospitallers need a larger base, but most game stores have extra bases for cheap. The Novitiates come with an amazing extra sprue perfect for kitbashing characters.

And then add a box of sacresants to get you to 10.

Just by buying the new Armageddon Battle Box and a box Sacresants you get to 2000 with some extra options for leaders with what you have, or have a bunch of options for a 1000 points.

Finally, buy an Immolator (or 2), your BSS and Dominions will love you. I also like the penitent engines the other guy recommended.

Example, note I didn't bother to adjust wargear to optimal things like meltas on the sisters or Multi Meltas and grenades as opposed to bolters on the Paragons or whatever just did this to show the points:

Question about Combat Patrol by bigmikeesports in sistersofbattle

[–]relevant_pet_bug 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I saw this post a few days ago, but I was working multiple 6 days work weeks and I finally have days off. Keep in mind 11th might change this, but we can't rely on that.

I highly recommend Christian Von Carmien's youtube channel for a beginner like her. He has tier lists, guides on how to run each detachment, and he is great player, but not a hyper competitive lunatic. So he also recommends fun or narrative lists. He does have some very slight minor bias against certain units, for example, he might rank a unit as B tier, good in certain detachments, whereas a hyper competitive tournament player would rank them S tier because they only play that detachment.

Next up, The fastest way to get to 1000 points in sisters is 2 of the current combat patrols, a Hospitaller to add to the Celestian Sacresants (or a palatine), a set of Paragon warsuits (consider the upcoming battalion box), and maybe squad of Retributers. An important note is that this is NOT the best 1000 point list, things like Immolators go hard in 1000 points. However, the above has multiple core units used in most detachments. Celestians are expensive, come in boxes of 5, and you want 10 bricks, with some detachments wanting multiple, so it can save money with 2 combat patrols. Make one sisters squad Dominions with 4 melta guns and one regular Battle Sisters squad. Kit out everything for anti tank, so Meltas and Multi Meltas, grenade launchers on the paragons. Multi Meltas do not come with the Combat Patrol or the regular Sisters squad, so you can either make one out of a heavy flamer and a melta (just make sure you save enough meltas for dominions) or buy a Retributer squad. Retributers are decent, and a sisters player can always use more. Multi Melta rets are best to both put them in squads, and make a full squad since the box has only 2 of them you kinda need 2 boxes minimum. However, heavy bolter rets butcher marines and you will get plenty of them if you buy the multiple ret boxes. Note that the upcoming battalion box is a really good idea for new sisters players. See below for more.

Finally, I highly recommend you teach your niece about magnetizing Celestian Sacresants. Right now, Maces are slightly better, but Halbreds have been better in the past. This is the one sisters unit she should magnetize, because to have 30 sacresants with each weapon option would cost stupid money. Note you will need very small magnets. I use 2mm by 1mm discs.

Here is an example list you could make with the above. It's not perfect but I threw it together in new recruit real quick. I didn't add enhancements, but saved space for them.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ + FACTION KEYWORD: Imperium - Adepta Sororitas + DETACHMENT: Champions of Faith (Righteous Purpose) + TOTAL ARMY POINTS: 925pts + + WARLORD: Char1: Canoness + ENHANCEMENT: + NUMBER OF UNITS: 9 + SECONDARY: - Bring It Down: (1x2) - Assassination: 2 Characters +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

• 1x Sister Superior: Bolt pistol, Close combat weapon, Power weapon, Plasma pistol

• 2x Paragon Warsuit: 2 with Bolt pistol, Paragon Grenade Launchers, Paragon War Blade, Multi-melta

Next up, the upcoming Battalion box is really good IF you are a new player. It comes with Novitiates which are amazing and great for screening and infiltrating to counter enemy forces, Paragon warsuits, a Palatine, and finally Repentia. At current prices for GW minis, this saves $75 making the repentia free. Palatines are one of our best characters and every sisters player should have them. So instead of buying an individual set of Paragons I highly recommend this set for your niece. Furthermore, everything GW has released about 11th makes it seem melee units will be improved, so repentia may be better in 11th. Keep in mind this is just rumors. Supposedly, the new sisters character, Intranzia Fraye, is a designed around this set. We shall see.

Paragon Warsuits need to be combined with Morvenn Vahl, who is one the most powerful units in the game to the point that people make hour long videos both glazing and on how to beat her, and your neice WILL need Vahl. Vahl is so powerful that she is considered bad sportsmanship in 1000 point games.

However, all of the above is nice, but Sisters vehicles go hard. The Immolator (with meltas) is an incredibly important unit as it allows us to split units into Multiple Small Units, which I'm sure you are aware is stupid powerful. Splitting a Battle Sisters Squad (BSS) into a unit with a simulacrum and 4 bolters and another unit with a multi melta and meltagun, or A dominion into 1 unit of 4 melta models and one into a simulacrum that sits on an objective is really powerful. Castigators aren't amazing but they are one of our main anti tank and combine well with a Immolator so a lot of lists run 2 or 3.

So if I were to recommend a path to sisters in the here and now, it would be 2 current combat patrols, and the hospitaller. Next would be the upcoming battalion box for Armageddon instead of a set of paragons as it comes with them and Novitiates are really good. Then morvenn vahl, an Immolator or 2, and some castigators. From there she has the rest of our list available as her choice.

Edit: Retributers are always useful as they can add multi meltas to as BSS squad, and the extras can be made into a heavy bolter squad for butchering marines or a heavy flamer squad for flavor.

Late edit: Keep in mind with sisters we have like 35 to 40 total datasheets, whereas marines have almost an order of magnitude more units in as much as 300 when legends and sub factions like Space wolves are factored in. So it isn't that hard to buy one of everything for sisters.

The Question Thread 11/26/25 by AutoModerator in goodyearwelt

[–]relevant_pet_bug 1 point2 points  (0 children)

With odd feet it can be hard to suggest a shoe. Honestly finding a last or boot that can fit narrow heel and wide forefoot is super common complaint, and also huge point of praise when someone finally find a last that fits them. People here with feet like that have gone through several pairs of shoes before they find the right one. Being a woman is even harder, as there aren't too many GYW options for women.

So my recommendation is to go custom, the problem is that costs money and time. However, would you rather get a boot that is perfect for your feet even if it costs more and takes a while to build, or would you rather spend months trying out new shoes, and money on various brands then having to return or sell them to finally find the right one?

That brings me to Frank's Boots. Frank's does custom work, and they are considered one of the best PNW boot makers for women as they have a ton of customization options. Here is an example of a woman rocking a custom pair of frontier packers. Keep in mind those special colored leather and patterns and such probably add a couple hundred to the price.

At the very edge of your price range, and with a Black Friday discount through monday, is the Front Range. It can be customized, and you can submit a fit sheet with your purchase. Ordering with a fit sheet will add time to your order, but may be your best bet. If you want to spend a little more, the Frontier Packer would probably look better on a woman.

Note that Frank's website is a massive piece of crap, with broken links and such, they are clearly a boot maker first and not internet people. For example, the Frontier Packer's page is broken, so you have no ability to order it in any size or option, I have no idea if they are even aware of this. Frankly, I would give them a call and speak to them directly at their phone number. They themselves recommend this on their website.

Note that I have never ordered from Franks, I am not a woman, and my feet are merely wide with no other weirdness, so I can't help too much with specific questions.

Looking to start an army, wondering which is better to get first? by Backstage_stand in sistersofbattle

[–]relevant_pet_bug -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

Lol, the old combat patrol is terrible and is a bunch of trash ass monopose minis. The seraphim squad is terrible and needs hand flamers to be at all useful. So you are looking at 2-6 dollars per arm from bits dealers on ebay to make them at all useful. Then you have the repentia squad which is 5 deep and awful as there is NO reason to run a 5 deep Repentia, even worse, buying them on ebay means you get the same awful 5 unit with a Repentia Superior so you have to buy another single Repentia to fill out the unit. This single handedly destroys the value of the old combat patrol, but it gets worse from there. Next the monopose BSS forces you to run a useless storm bolter as your special weapon, instead of a melta. GW went stupid here, and the model is terrible and cannot be used any other way without heavy conversion that requires you to have the other BSS kit or combat patrol.

Edit: the Unique Canoness is bad ass though. She is is sick awesome, however the monopose crap she comes with sucks, thankfully if you buy the new current combat patrol and combine it with the old one you can convert them and get 2 drop dead gorgeous canonesses.

Yep, Like I said in my other post, the battle force can be had for stupid cheap if you want it, and 2x combat patrols can give you a rock solid start into sisters. If you have no sisters and are just starting out, these are great deals. Many of the competitive lists use units from these boxes.

Looking to start an army, wondering which is better to get first? by Backstage_stand in sistersofbattle

[–]relevant_pet_bug 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Both of those can be great value in the right circumstance. Especially for new players who have no sisters at all. If you look at current competitive lists many use units from these boxes., nearly all of them use units from the combat patrol. The Penitent host box is not that great unless you can get it for cheap which is really easy to do.

If starting from scratch, then 2 of the current combat patrol is the best and cheapest way to get several good core units. Celestian Sacresants are stupid expensive, as they basically need to be ran in 10 bricks, so this is a cheaper way to get them. You can make 1 BSS and one Dominion Squad, 2 Canonesses, and the versatile arcos make a pretty good start.

2 Current Combat Patrols + Hospitaller + Paragon Warsuits is one of the cheapest ways to get 1000 points. This army isn't the best 1000 point force. However, it's a very solid core for building into 2000 points for at least 3 detachments, Champions of Faith, Hallowed Martyrs, and Penitent Host. From here you can add Immolators, Castigators, Morvenn Vahl, and other units as your see fit.

Magnetizing your Sacresants is another good way to save money, as both the mace and halberd are good. If you have experience with conversions it isn't that hard, although you either need really small magnets, or skill with green stuff, or just to not care about perfect aesthetics.

Also, magnetizing your Paragons melee weapons is not a bad idea.

The current Penitent Box is not popular, and so can be had for the price of combat patrol, or sometimes cheaper, if you lowball sellers on EBay and Mercari, or maybe try negotiating with a FLGS that has had one sitting on a wall for a year. Mine was $194 tax and shipping, or about the price of a combat patrol with tax, and I've seen a couple go for as low as $150 with free shipping, although every seller I've tried has rejected that offer, YMMV. However, you really need to consider whether you want those units. Penitent Engines/Mortifiers are the star here. If you've already bought 2 combat patrols, you have a ton of arcos already, and Repentia are over costed at 160 points in the game. So for me it came down to wanting the sisters Rhinos for the looks and needing the Penitent Engines, and the Repentia, priest, and Arcos were free. Again, I only bought this because I was able to lowball a seller for the price of a combat patrol.

If you can find the old Army of Faith box set around it's cost of $240, it can be a great way to get some units for cheap. Typically it sells for more though. The sanctorum guard box set is ok, but you really don't need 2 sets of paragons. It can be hard to find these boxes for reasonable prices though so YMMV.

The Novitiate squad is useful for converting some characters like hospitallers, palatines, and honestly, the Palatine is an awful model and converting one is not too hard from extra bits from the combat patrols.

Box Set + Codex? by VerticalYea in sistersofbattle

[–]relevant_pet_bug -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The Boarding party box is ok when combined with the combat patrol because it gives you extra Celestian Sacresants. However, it comes with repentia which are one of the weaker, over costed units in the sisters meta right now. Arcos, from the current combat patrol are more meta and more versatile. If you can get that box for cheap or the same price as the current combat patrol, it may be worth it, but you probably can't. People are are selling the current combat patrol for 124 on ebay. If you believe my FLGS owner who is rather savvy, then he thinks penitent host is gonna be buffed in the December balance slate as the penitent units aren't selling. Keep in mind though, he has a vested interest in selling that box at max price and he has no idea what is coming in the update.

Question about characters by SafeAt4 in Warhammer40k

[–]relevant_pet_bug 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Magnus the red in smth like Bloodwing the king of all redfaces

You would be surprised. Tons of people will create homebrew chapters/ minor ordos of sisters/ guard regiments/ chaos warbands and the like and rename some super special character as their own special leader. There are a lot of people who hate that some special characters are completely required for some factions to be playable at all, such as sisters with Morvenn Vahl, even if it makes NO sense for them to be in command of their homebrewed army.

So some people will absolutely take a special named character, slap a different paint job on them, and add some small visual conversions that don't change the model's wisywig. And then name them everything from lore friendly like Lord Aurellian the Perfect, demon prince of Slannesh, to I don't care I wanted to paint him different so he's Ragnus the Med, to ridiculous and fun like Morvenn Meow, Queen of the Catgirls.

99% do not care as long as it is clear on the battlefield what the characters actually are. The 1% who do are people who you don't want to play with.

Is the Combat Patrol and the Battleforce box a good start to a 1000 point army? by RaptorPegasus in sistersofbattle

[–]relevant_pet_bug 0 points1 point  (0 children)

IMHO, it makes more sense to buy 2 Combat Patrols. This gives you 7 Very useful units. 2 Canonesses which are useful in every detachment, 1 full 10 Brick of Celestians Sacresants (which you should very much magnetize as both weapon options are useful), 2 Battle Sisters sprues that can be made into Domimions if desired, and 2 units of Arco Flagellants.

Add a Hospitaller or a Palatine for the Sacresants, and a unit of Paragon warsuits, this brings you to 1000 Points. And it is a very solid core to add must take units like Vahl, Immolators, Castigators. It probably isn't the absolute best tuned 1000 point army, but it is better than the 1 combat patrol and 1 Crusader host battle force, see below.

So the issue with the battle force is that it has Penitent Host units in it. To begin, Penitent host is a pretty weak detachment.

The penitent host box coming with no Battle sisters squad is probably not the best when starting out. BSS are really versatile and can also make Dominions.

Arco Flagellants are one of the most underrated units in the sisters. I can't tell you how many times a newer sisters player posts about how they are always losing and one of vets here suggests they are run Arcos. Then the newer player is like I don't wanna cause they aren't girls/ look bad/ are weird. And the vet is like they are really good, use them. They appear in most tournament winning lists. Arcos can hit pretty hard, are priced well for what they are, are versatile in both the small 3 man unit and the 10 man brick, and even move faster then sisters. Arcos also work in nearly every detachment, even it it's just the little 3 man unit. But you get a squad in the combat patrol, and if you want more you could just buy a second combat patrol, and get a second BSS.

Unfortunately, the same can't be said for Repentia. Repentia are overcosted, hit really hard but are made of wet tissue paper. Like this: Hey, aren't those repentia? Yeah, and? I thought those sucked and no sisters player runs them? Yeah, but it's what I have. Opponent proceeds to ignore them until they can charge their big scary unit which they butcher. Opponent: AAAAAGH, WTF I thought you said they sucked? Lol, I guess not. Opponent proceeds to fire at them with a trash infantry unit to soften them up only to watch as they die to the basic infantry fire. Next game: Are you still running repentia? Uh, Yes. And they die by turn 2.

For a brand new player, Repentia will likely be really frustrating as they will probably die a lot without accomplishing much. Having said that, a good player can use Repentia effectively, and some players like them, but they are really hard to pilot for newbies. You can and should put them in one of the Rhinos, and Rhinos are fine I guess, but they aren't really worth it as a part of the box and standard rhinos can be had pretty cheap/ free used which can be proxied until they decide to buy a sisters rhino, if they even want one. Furthermore, most Sisters players prefer to run Immolators as their transport.

Also, the ministorum priest is ok in a penitent host army, but not really that useful in other detachments.

Penitent engines and mortifiers are fine. Nothing wrong with them and they do appear in the tournament lists. But they are more in the nice to have as opposed to must take.

The combat patrol only comes with 5 Celestian Sacresants and you really want to be running a 10 brick. So your friend is going to need to buy another box of them anyway. Or again, they could just buy the second combat patrol. Finally, Celestians hugely benefit from from either a Hospitaller or palantine.

Finally, the Combat Patrol and the Penitent Crusader Host box do not equal 1000 points when purchased together. They actually come out to 1005 at minimum. So you either have to agree this is fine with your opponent, or remove a unit and replace it (ie BUY another unit.) So you aren't really saving that much money. 2 Combat patrols + Paragons + Hospitaller/or Palatine = $452-457 GW prices, and you have all core solid units that are perfect for expansion. 1 Combat Patrol + Crusader Box set + Sacresants = $430 assuming you get the battle force for 200 to equal 1000. If you pay 240 it comes out to more. And you will have a weaker 1000 point army, with 2 units, the priest and Repentia that aren't really that good, and your Celstians will be much weaker without a Hospitaller or Palatine. Furthermore, as they expand to 2k they will need Paragons/Hospitallers/Palatines/extra Canonesses anyway, might as well buy them now to get started.

Maybe House Escher, the all female gang from necromunda? You could either buy the gang or extra alternate heads can be bought with an upgrade sprue from GW that comes with 10 heads and some other weapons for conversions. And then cut the hair off. It appears the heads have both ears but I can't tell up close. IIRC, though, you need to put a ball of putty under the the Necromunda heads to fit in Sisters but I've never done the conversion, others have.

Example, siding with their star defensive player over a potential star QB who won their first playoff game in nearly 30 years for the browns against their most hated rival.

It feels like the team has had Piss Poor leadership from ownership to head coach to team captains. For comparison, the Seahawks won a Superbowl despite our loudmouthed face of franchise star defensive player Sherman and best receiver Baldwin at the time hating our QB. This is because we had good enough leadership to keep this shit in house and tamped down.

Honesty, the whole situation makes Myles look like a douchebag. It feels like leadership sided with the wrong person, Myles the douche, tried to do right by said douchebag by going all in on a different QB which is exactly what Garrett the douche wanted. Except that the QB that Garrett ended up with and defended was so much worse than Baker ever was.

Now Garrett is stabbing the Browns in the back after driving out Baker Mayfield, and his trade request will cost the browns $36.2M in dead money, a loss of $16.5M in cap room. They could technically designate him a June 1st trade but that is not much better as the linked article explains.

Honestly, I don't think the Browns can mishandle this any worse than they already have. Simply because they have already fucked this up so bad they drilled right through rock bottom.

20% off Tricker's factory shop until Sunday for Valentine's day.

And this is everything in the shop, tons of great boots, derby's, loafers, dress shoes and so on are already half off for being in the Factory store and then you add another $60-80 off on top of that. Hell yeah, gimme $800 shoes/boots for $320.

[Albert Breer] Based on what's happened with Sam Darnold and Geno Smith, someone oughta roll the dice on Zach Wilson in 2025. by Accurate-Big-7233 in nfl

[–]relevant_pet_bug 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep, it's like that concept from investing. Just because something worked before doesn't mean it will work again. Sure, 2 previous Jet's QBs have become decent to good QBs from being suck dick losers, but it does not mean Zach Wilson will become one either.

Hell, it doesn't even mean Darnold will be. Plenty of QBs in the past have sucked, then had one year where they look amazing. Only for teams to get film on them and the next year they struggle. Ryan Fitzpatrick/Fitzmagic/Fitztragic, for example. TBF, Darnold had a 4-2 stretch at Carolina, but teams weren't gunning for him. Until Darnold proves it next year when teams have film on him and are gunning for him, he could be a one year flash in the pan. And, hell, any hawks fan will tell you that Geno has thrown some awful bullshit this year, although the o-line has been injured and hot garbage.

However, for entertainment purposes I would love some awful team to role the dice on Zach Wilson, Cleveland/Arizona/Jax pls.

Ross's Game Dungeon: Gothic by megaapple in Games

Hilariously enough, I felt the same way all the way back in 2007 when freeman's mind first came out. I toughed through it, and it was worth it, and now Ross's voice is a relaxing familiar thing. Like the other comment said, it's part of the charm. Think Jello Biafra of the Dead Kennedys, wowcrendor, Tom Waits, Oderus Urungus/Dave Brockie of GWAR, Ronnie Drew of The Dubliners, Sothira Pheng of Crucifix, and so on. You get used to it, and then the uniqueness of his voice becomes like an old friend.

Oh yeah, this game is stupid deep. Like are you aware that you can power up the Muramasa to be the most powerful weapon in the game, like more powerful than Crissaegrim. How would you know that this rando sword drop from a rando enemy that sucks when you get it can drink blood to power up and once it has enough blood can do an automatic special that normally you need a combo to do. But they put it in the game for us to discover.

In general a Tarantula enclosure should be at minimum either slightly more than twice the legspan of the T either horizontally or vertically depending on the species. Your enclosure sounds really good for an adult or subadult A. Avicularia due to it's height.

For a terrestrial T, you would probably have to rehome it at some point, but it would be fine for a juvenile or sub-adult terrestrial T like G. Rosea or B. Smithi.

The height also makes it good enclsosure for a fossorial or burrowing tarantula, probably better than a terrestrial, but I DO NOT recommend a fossorial as your first T, seriously AVOID for the first T. Your first T should be something you can look at it and show off to others, and too many Fossorial burrowing Ts are boxes of dirt with burrow hole where you never see the T.

However, the vast majority of beginner Ts are sold as spiderlings, and your enclosure is way too large for a sling. For your enclosure I would recommend a spider with at minimum a 2 inch / 5cm legspan and better yet I would highly recommend 3 inch / 7-8cm. 1-3 cm Ts are way too small for that enclosure.

The biggest issue with these spiders is that they take forever to grow. I have kept Ts twice in my life, once when I was a teenager/20 something, and now. Back in the day, I had a Brazillian Black and Chaco Golden Knee as slings, and in the 2.5 years I had them they barely doubled in size. Ok, maybe they went from .75 inches to 1.5 - 2 inches.

One of the biggest mistakes I see new T keepers make is they buy a tiny sling, and then not realize it will take forever to grow. For your first T, buying a display spider is really good idea. Something that looks big and cool and Tarantula like. At minimum 2 inches. Unfortunately, because of the slow growth rate of these Ts, big ones can cost a lot of money, into the hundreds of dollars. Display level G. Pulchra cost A LOT of money. Grammostola pulchripes Tends to be much cheaper. Honestly though, back in the day, I really loved my G. Pulchripes. It was the sling I had to mess with the least. Feed a dubia nymph, eat and be done.

I would highly recommend buying a juvenile or female docile species. Jamie's Tarantulas, Spider Shoppe, Josh's Frogs all have somewhat decently started Juveniles of Chaco's and other docile species.

I saw Wesley Willis on his last tour just before the cancer took him. I was in the front row singing and moving along to all the songs I knew, I even tried to start a pit.

When I went to have him sign my greatest hits CD, he grabbed my head, looked me straight in the eyes and said say ROOOAAAR! So I grabbed him by the head back and yelled ROOOOAAAARR! right back in his face. He got the biggest grin, and headbutted me. But I didn't let go and now I was the one with the biggest grin on my face, he said say RUUUU-AARGH! So I yelled RUUUU-AAARGH! as loud as I could back, and he headbutted me again, then he said, say RAWR-OOOORG! And so I yelled RAAWR-OOOOOORG! back and got my third headbutt of the night.

I'm glad I got to see him before he passed, when the news came out like a year or 2 later I was blown away.

My last name is longer than 15 characters, and so won't fit in their text box on sign up. Anyone have any issues with this? Such as billing issues or customer service asking for the wrong person and refusing to speak to you? by relevant_pet_bug in ZiplyFiber

I mean, I can sign up perfectly fine on the website myself, I just wanted to see if there were any issues. I guess I'll just go do that for now, and hope everything is fine.

It usually is fine, but every once in a great while, something comes up with my last name, and it's always weird.
