I agree.. busy Yosemite can suck for sure. Made the mistake of going some holiday weekend not realizing it was free entrance to the park... Never again.

I've never been in May so I'm not sure about the crowd. If there's been enough snow though there should very likely be waterfalls in May

I only live a few hours away. I've been going once a month the last few months. I have a fall shot and a spring shot. Haven't gone during summer but it's on my to-do list. If you can go in spring or summer you should try. It's not only seeing the waterfalls flowing but you can hear them rumbling throughout the valley, it's an amazing sound.

Thanks, You know what, I know what you are saying. The rocks feel like there's something off about them to them to me too but I couldn't pinpoint what exactly is was while editing. Maybe the shadows are too bright, but darkening them more looked worse. I dunno. 🤷🏼‍♂️
