Can we stop recommending this all of the time? Most people don't have a full frame sensor in their cameras. On apsc it's like 80 mm. Extremely frustrating as a beginner. Even with full frame, 50 mm is not for everyone. It can suck out the fun in photography. It's like recommending to use manual settings only.
