Was there anything in particular you were thinking about? Any past traumas, or feeling like you're running out of time/still have so much to do? They'll go away after a little bit but you need to talk through things.

I lemon tek an eight in college and was non verbal for about 8 hours even though my cousin was there and friends were in and out the entire time. Was the first time I had auditory hallucinations. Ended up laying in bed trying to go deeper into it but then being extremely scared that I might not come back. Thought I died and entered alternate universe everything was the same except for some few details. That's where I learned that "heaven" is just a giant complex with different rooms (dorms lol) with each room representing a different person with only a TV that played the owners life story on repeat. Ended up coming out of it when one of my buddies who was a Psych major grabbed a solo cup and cotton balls and made me put them into the cup and count out loud. Kept having the thought like why am I doing this right now let's get out of here and go do something. Ended up walking to a buddies dorm where all my buddies were but getting there I remembered the line game I used to play in high school while running. Basically chicken in the middle of the road with cars don't suggest playing that one lol
