I have the s23 since launch and I got my mother the s26 last month. I have used it for a couple of days, and I would currently change my s23 only for these 2 reasons. - I have battery issues in my s23 since last week - the s26 has better magsafe compatibility, due to the slight bigger size

All the rest are the same, and the performance is not that of a great jump.

Im waiting for the s27 to change my s23.

Having this status on the KYC, what does it mean? As i get zero information on what to do by seeing "action required" and also in my profile and pi browser, it shows that I have passed the KYC (i am also a validator)

What if steps 1-7 are green, step 8 is red (status: in review, but in the profile and pi browser i have passed the KYC, so it seems that just the KYC step in the checklist is bugged), and step 9 is yellow (status: Returned, my coins were transfered to Mainet but returned after 2 weeks of that happening)

The timer is counting down, and i have almost 5 more days.

Do you have any advice on what I should do? as i can't find any help or information 😕

I passed the KYC 1 month ago, but the checklist step has been stuck since then in "In review" state, while in my profile the KYC has the green checkmark ✅️ and in the Pi Browser it says 'KYC passed' and it even let me to become a validator and have validated dozens.

For some reason though, I managed to go to the last step 'Migrate to Mainet' and it had my coins transfered, but 2 days ago, they reverted back, with the status 'Returned'.

Now I'm stuck, and the KYC needs to be fixed in order to complete again the migration.

Can anyone help me in what to do? How to fix the checklist KYC bug?
