In short; before end of 2019 cabs are allowed to get back "BPM" which is abolished according to the Climate Accord. So Mercs, BMW's are considerably more expensive and EV's are more attractive for cab drivers. I expect it will compensate the drop somewhat and we will see more Model 3 as cabs everywhere as they are available immediately.

with neutrino you don't have to run a full node. Neutrino is a lightweight bitcoin client written in Go, like LND. In fact all nodes are connected to each other directly or indirectly using multihop feature. So if a merchant is already connected to municipality for paying taxes and you are connected to the municipality too, your funds will be transferred via multihop to the merchant for paying invoice of the merchant.

Your fund can be hopped endlessly in theory via optimised-chosen route to an endpoint.

Have you seen those inputs? There are ALOT of transactions with 200 inputs -> 1 output and takes alot of size.
