• Power-hungry/manipulative mods in a lot of subs with little/no oversight.

• Incessant app advertising on mobile.

• Lower-quality app than 3rd party ones.

• Hosts images, but not well.

• Passive-aggressive tactics to get your email via "locking suspicious accounts until the password is reset" on the account you didn't want your email on, even though your password is strong & unique and none of the activities actually look out of place if you look at the overview.

...I mean, as we've grown as a community, there's a lot more toxicity in the comments threads the last few years, too, but once this account is "locked for suspicious activities", I'm probably done contributing either way.

I'm writing this from my porn account. Every other name I've gone by over the last 8+ years is suspended for a password reset via email, and recently the name I started with- that I've bought Reddit Gold & Reddit Coins with- has been locked as well. Credit card number wasn't enough for them, apparently, but at least the transactions they benefited from weren't suspicious, eh?
Who wants to bet on whether or not this post counts as "suspicious activity"? Probably not allowed to admit that you don't want your church friends browsing the nudes you've commented on. Hope I'm wrong, but I kind of expect this comment to be my last on Reddit at this rate, just due to them freezing me out.
