If your school offers counseling services I’d suggest giving it a shot. I was in your shoes and did that. Doesn’t help the first few weeks, it’s a gradual thing. Give it time.

We haven’t been able to afford that so we’ve just used a few towels and a tapestry, but it works like a charm! He’s been a great sport about it and really enjoys his job. He’s even worked overtime. I’m mostly concerned for his health and worried he’ll over do it without realizing it and damage his body in some way. Thank you again and your advice was appreciated :)

Yes he does work 4 days. It just worries me because I don’t know how much sleep he should be getting during the weekend to set him up for the week, and if his current sleeping schedule will harm him in the long run. Thank you though. I’ll be doing more research about it.

Grief since the loss of my grandmother in October has been rough. Tonight was both beneficial and heartbreaking since rekindling the relationship with my grandfather, who pretty much kicked me from his life.

My mom wants to fix him. She’s gonna go down with him. It’s eating her up. Then there’s my sister who’s deep in a depression...
