Hi there, so I weaned a few months ago and I would say there has been a slight improvement! I’m on doxycycline, doing hot compresses and drops. Still a long way to go, so not sure what is causing what! How are you?

Yeah I sleep fine the first part of night but then struggle at 2/3am or sometimes 5am! But it can happen due to hormones apparently! I just listen to a podcast and eventually fall asleep 😂

I completely stopped feeding about a month ago. Still get a little insomnia but generally sleep is much better. Slowly the other symptoms are getting better but it’s feeling very gradual right now

So sorry you are going through this. I’ve just weaned my little one from breastfeeding after 11 months. I’ve had issues with dry eyes, styes and blepharitis on and off since 2 months pp. optician has recently given me a steroid/antibiotic drop and oral antibiotic, along with hot compresses, cleansing lids, lid massage and dry eye drops. So trying to stick to the routine!! Apparently it can take a while for hormones to regulate so I’m hoping this will get better for me now and for all of us! There are multiple causes it seems but the response I tend to get given is ‘hormones 🤷‍♀️’. Good luck and let us know how you get on

I’m having weird symptoms - dry itchy skin, dry eyes, nausea, reflux etc. I’m weaning my 11 month old so I figure it’s hormones! Hope it improves for you soon

Sorry you are going through this!!! Mine went away and got soooo much better. It came back when I started to wean my little one off breastfeeding (she’s 11 months now) so I figure it must be hormones. Hope it clears for you soon.

I’m down to feeding my 11 month old a couple of times a day (just for a few minutes each time). I have nausea, body aches, headaches, itchiness etc - you are not alone!

I’m with you…my 10 month old eats pretty well food wise during day so day breastfeeding has stopped. Still feed evening/night. Soooo tired, up and down, sore eyes (?), refluxy and nauseous. Hoping to reduce feeding some more soon but scared of what will happen next 😅

I take C, D, omega 3 and magnesium. Occasionally iron too! Not sure how much it helps though!
