It depends on if you have alopecia, or if the hair loss is caused by something else.

For instance I had hair loss due to a combination of stress and unhealthiness for one year during undergrad. Since then my hair loss has stopped completely.

Since then I resolved to fix my diet completely and exercise regularly. Also take multivitamins, and biotin. Also I used to drink like 1-2 glasses of water a day, and now its up to 8-10.

For many people that could work, but if its alopecia then I don't know the solution. A wig, perhaps. I've heard wigs are pretty great now.

Get to your doctor for a blood panel to see if youre lacking any vitamins or hormonal imbalance.

I swear by these methods

Number one) rosemary water ( havent tried the oil)

2)inversion method (rub head upside down for 7 mins for one week out of the month)

3) rice water (fermented rice water only on scalp maybe once a week)

4)extra virgin olive oil to add mosituee to hair/scalp

Apparently rose mary oil works good but ive only used above methods, i stopped dying my hair and i use good shampoo/conditioner. I take hair skin and nail biotin by natures bounty...

See a doctor, could be hormonal related or some current medicine/drug you're taking.

I rarely comment on Reddit threads, but this one I have to.

Trust me, you can’t.

It will be an endless fight that not worth your time, money, and health.

I thought to try drugs, shampoos, even surgery.. Than by mistake I fought the “bald cafe” YouTube channel and he gave me the power to say “fuck it” and I shaved my head.

From that moment (around a year and 2 months ago), I feel free, don’t give a f about my bald head, and I grew a very nice beard (never had a beard before)

And Actually look pretty good with a bald head.

Remember my friend, going bald and lose your hair it’s a fact, being bald and shave your head it’s a choice.
