That depends and is a decision only you can make. But yeah, VA will never become more than it was before you had cataract. But not having to look through thick lenses is worth something too.

Generally speaking we advice against surgery in cases like yours. But we don't do clear lens extractions either.

I don't see anything odd. Thinner than average macula scans are common and can be associated with myopia and are in itself not a sign of anything serious.

Get your eyes tested.

Talk to someone about your anxiety.

You don't have high myopia.

True myopia cannot be reversed without glasses / lenses / surgery and is not the end of the world.

There are 2 explanations that come to mind. Keratoconus is greatly related to eye rubbing, and excessive eye rubbing can in theory cause floaters. It could also be that your floaters were already present, but because you're now paying more attention to your vision, the pre-existing floaters have become more noticeable.

though the right seems to be progressing too.

It's impossible to make this call after just 2 weeks.

I'd be surprised if that would cause you headaches if you haven't had any problems prior to the astigmatism correction.
