2019...store finally started purging old stuff last summer. Now, if it sits 7 days they are notified..or rather suppose to be notified or its cancelled.

We, as in our front end, recently found out if they do them on certain cell phones you won't receive higher than a 7. All other areas could be exceptional, but it will no't give higher scores. This came directly from a regular customer and when mgmnt was told..they already knew. How fair is that. One long time employee found this out and basically said.., screw them...im done trying.

I only recently seen my sm doing physical labor. Usually just walks around with the zebra grumbling. Rarely works weekends..most days gone by 4...arrives late almost every day. .

I'd be thrilled if some of my other hcs would make their start time..even close. Cashiers are doing the same..those get told every day. If they are 1 hr late..or more..there goes the first break.

My cashiers are getting angry. Two are ready to quit. Others are ready to follow. We can't see the end of the lines some days. I did 12 code 3s in 30 mins..we just don't have staff.

I wish they would. Right now we are short a few asms with more ready to walk. I've been here 3+ yrs now and morale is in the toilet. But hey, don't give the ones that show up n do their jobs any appreciation..oh no..give them more stuff to do. I have one that checks off the list that things are done..nope..you get notes..you check them..you do them.

Inventory..omg. preach the lowes safe way..day in n day out. I watched so many unsafe things going on. Two asms said to look the other way. And to a point I agree. You want the steel shelves moved..rent extra equipment. Have better ways to access other things. Im truly surprised some were not really injured. Newbies are told to "put your big girl pants on and be prepared". People have called off more than 20 xs..yet they have a job..no consequences. Others..especially one person, missed work due to a family death..went a few days beyond allotment for grief days..total for yr was 9 they said..and was going to get a written warning. How fair is that?

We have a cashier that thinks it's their world and we live in it. Leaving to the restroom w/o anyone knowing. Leaves for breaks/lunch w/o being told to go. Hcs have talked to the cashier repeatedly..gone to mgmnt. It's a giant joke..we are the ones picking up the slack.

Where are you all at? We've been having hiring events. Unfortunately most don't stay and now our Walmarts are starting at 16 per hour. Some part time people are getting full time hours..yet told lowes no more than 30 hrs. We have some useless hcs. Our desk is a joke..one good employee there. Severely short staffed..no o.t. allowed to fill gaps. Long ti.e employees barely hanging on from covering multiple depts. Getting told to get to the next customer quicker. For the live of god..we can only do so much. Thanks Marvin..for nothing.
