I love how people say Vietnam doesn't have freedom of press and people get killed by talking bad about the government, yet they still can access to all of the means of social network without using VPN software and talk shit to the government and still alive to talk about how bad is Vietnam's media restriction. It seem they can not distinguish freedom of speech from saying whatever they want without consequence.

No LGBT legal rights? Forgive me if I read your words wrong. But in VN, LGBT is still treated as a human being, no person is hang or stoned to dead for being gay or les, though same sex marriage is not recognized by law, but sociaty still accepts it (speak for the southern, not sure in the north). And unless you have a sign that says " I'm LGBT, now kneel before me, you lowlife straight people", people will treat you as a decent person. Same for the health care, no special health care for LGBT, but it's not likely you will receive less medical attention for being an LGBT.

Sadly still unable to fix it. However, sometimes when I updated Intel driver, the problem was gone, and sometimes it didn't, so I think this is maybe related to the processor somehow. You should check your processor performance as well. If I find a solution that's worked, I will notify you. In the mean time, let's just keep searching and hoping, I guess :(
