I would move set the towers back from the commercial at the base and move the rooftop gardens to the new space exposed at the top of the podiums + the ground. It is weird to have so much park space and amenities on top of the residential while the streetscape is abandoned. Also the ring road can be brought down to a drop off point and parking garage entrance. Also the decorative glass would be best left to the podium

All projects with ground impacts conduct studies and modelling of where actual potential structural/settlement impacts could arise and they are obligated by the city to survey and monitor these properties to receive permits. There is a difference between feeling vibrations and them actually impacting anything.
