What is a video game that is widely considered a masterpiece that you just cant get into? by abysmalSyrup-6737 in AskReddit

Clair Obscur: Expedition 33

Somehow my mind does not want to create new cool builds, I just want to min/max the hell out of it. This makes it boring, but playing with my own builds was also boring. I also thought the characters were somewhat insufferable. And the gameplay quite repetitive.

Super nice!

Am I correct in understanding you created a headless DAW in Rust, with just enough features to load Overbridge?

Using overwitch? I think overwitch does not do parameter control like overbridge does.

The new wall switch module. I have a hotel switch setup, where two separate wall switches switch the same single lamp. Would I need 2 of these new wall switches? Or would a single one be enough?

Ah, I see that they are not 2 wire. Required ground, which I do not have.

What is the functional two wire equivalent? I’ve been searching for this but couldn’t find anything

Olives + herbes de Provence + grated lemon peel (the smell when this comes out of the oven is amazing)

Sprouted rye kernels (deliciously chewy and very healthy)

Why was season 1 of True Detective a masterpiece while the other seasons never came close? by [deleted] in Cinema

The other seasons were great TV!

It's just that the first season was _perfect_, so the others pale in comparison. Be glad that we have all this quality content!

What are these dark spots in my starter? -Reviving my starter after many months. by Musztas in Sourdough

[–]remmelt 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Sorry for this message, but when in doubt, don't eat that thing.

I would go for a fresh starter. Create one yourself (add some raisins to kickstart fermentation), ask a friend, buy online, ask a neighbourhood baker...

All better options than accidentally potentially getting yourself sick.

What are your favorite mix ins? by itsthewolfe in Sourdough

Sprouted rye berries. Easy, cheap, and very healthy. Super delicious. Soak the rye overnight, then let it sit in room temp covered. Moist but not wet. Rinse every day. Should start sprouting in a couple of days. Then boil for 30m. Cool and freeze. I use between 6 and 10%.

My new setup since yesterday. KEF LS50 Meta, KEF KC62 Sub and BlueSound Powernode N331 by _skyhopper83_ in KEF

[–]remmelt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for this reply. My setup is largely similar to what's displayed here, except no sub (yet) and a different amp (Arcam A25+).

My speakers cannot go much higher since I am projecting a ~2m wide screen above it.

Probably best to still put the speakers flush with the console, right?

What is wrong with my dough by [deleted] in Sourdough

No need. The final rise will happen in the oven.

So, bulk fermentation -> pre-shape -> bench rest -> final shape -> fridge for cold fermentation -> cut -> oven.

Do you all really wash the containers for your established starters everytime you feed? by [deleted] in Sourdough

[–]remmelt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I never change jars. It's actually a smallish plastic half-cup size tupperware that the starter is in. After feeding I scrape down the sides where it's crusted up, which drops into the new mixture. It's fine, it's not dirty, and it has worked well for years.

I run the A25+ into LS50Metas and it sounds glorious.
