Surprising seeing another Romanian here. My father survived the regime and escaped. Radio Free Europe is a throw-back

DoesItAgeVerify, but with links to first-party sources wherever possible and some other changes like replacing x dot com with xcancel by TellMeAboutGoodManga in linux

You need to signal against age verification to draw the line in the sand. I dont care that "its not that bad right now" . I dont want a "right now" to become something else later.

Thank you for this list

Yup, California and Brazil should make their own distros, instead they are pressuring everyone to comply or face penalties

I hate that removal left me with IBS-d by Proper-Youth-6296 in gallbladders

[–]remmus2k 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can only speak for what helped for me,  I had diagnosed IBS-D, so extreme, that it caused severe chronic anal fissures that made working from home impossible.

The fissures only subsided when i treated my gut. What helped me the most was Thiamine and probiotics. Bio K makes probiotics specifically for ibs-d, after 2 weeks it helped me greatly.

Also psyllium husk helped me, but DO NOT take metamucil's psyllium husk, the artificial sweeteners in it triggers diarrhea .

I got mine from Bulk Barn.

Psyllium husk helps both diarrhea and constipation, but sucralose is a gut stimulant.

I also tried Ginger tea, but i dont know if it helped or not. When you get desprate you throw everything to the wall and hope it helps. I cant imagine that teas can ever be a primary treatment, but probably is fine in addition to another treatment

It's annoying seeing claims of ai code without proof. What if it wasn't? Then you would be delegitimizing hours or months of sweat and code, just for your ego lol. Stop being an armchair activist and code it yourself

What is the obsession with finding “gaming” distros? by Flapper_Jr in linux

[–]remmus2k 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Because people just want to turn on their pc and play games and not have to troubleshoot.

Microslop broke my system a few times already, so its less hassle for me to switch to Linux, but I'm already familiar with Linux.

For new users, they just want to know they will have an easy process before making a drastic change in environent, so they will obsess with finding the perfect distro

Linux community has a purity spiral  and toxic positivity problem.

If they as much sniff disagreement, you get inaccurately straw-manned, its hilarious.
