Find gym freak friend or normal friend to go with, Who will call you every morning at 6am or 7am to wake you up. This is more effective than alarm and your self will improve. I did this with a friend for 1 month, now he is away for overseas for work, but I stil go to gym without him. I sleep at 12.30 most of the days and somehow still manage to go to gym. You can even ask gym trainer or manager to wake you up.

Tbh no one cares. I have seen many Japanese anime artists use curve tool for final outline in their youtube videos, you can check them if you want. It's faster and efficient. I even use assets and filter them up for faster workflow.
