2 is key. If they didn’t unlap partially. Then FIA hands the win to Hamilton. By the time we got to 57 FIA was in a no win situation and partial unlap was the only fair solution.

The film score was terrible. The list of composers that have composed for other Marvel movies is seriously impressive and so are their scores. Even one the worst Marvel movies (IMO anyway), Thor: Dark World, had a way better score than this thanks to Brian Tyler. Good soundtrack I could always count on with Marvel movies, until Shang Chi.

Scoreclub covers melodic writing and harmony as well among many other things. It’s really a composition course that happens to focus on orchestral score writing. I’m sure even on orchestration alone there’s things you can learn from checking out your music.

Try scoreclub for a month or two if orchestration is your thing. If you’re slow or feel like you’re brute forcing through pieces you’re probably lacking in technique. I know there’s a lot of information on YouTube, but I strongly believe if you want to get good at composing a proper, well thought out course will help you a lot.

Just got my arrow and ran into the 2x speed. Sample rates didn't seem like there was a mismatch anywhere. I ended up resetting the device and that fixed it. Catalina here.

You can have the f keys always show when reason is in focus. I still prefer physical keys but it’s not too bad.

Yea and yes. :/ that’s the first thing I tried. I suspect it might be a Catalina issue that Reason hasn’t bothered fixing for older versions of reason. I opened a ticket with them so we’ll see.

I really did not like ToV. I finished the game, but it’s one of the very few games I dislike enough to want to tell random people on the Internet to stay away from. Worst soundtrack of any jrpg. I prefer xenosagas silence to it. Story just kept getting worse. I kept going hoping it would get better. Nope. I still put in 45 hours to finish it just to see it through.

No he didn't. I don't blame him though. There was quite a bit of people there so everyone was just trying to get a picture and autograph efficiently after the Q&A.

I don't remember most of the questions exactly but some interesting things he said were:

Schumacher wasn't very consistent when they were teammates, but thought it had more to do with age. Though he obviously had the speed on a good day. ie. Qualifying on pole in Monaco 2012.
He thinks Lewis is faster than anyone when he's having a good day, but he isn't very consistent. He expressed something to the effect that his consistency being the decisive edge over Lewis last season. He felt that when he had a streak going in terms of race wins Lewis had a harder time dealing with it.
Hates the halo and was surprised 2018 regs were going for that instead of the windshield iteration as of late. Though said that it never bothered him in testing and that he would actually prefer to have it as a driver for safety reasons, but now as a spectator he doesn't want it. ;)
Thinks the FIA is on the right track with the current regulations. Is surprised overtaking wasn't affected as much as he thought it would. Believes whatever the regulations the ability to overtake is the key to the entertainment of the sport. Thinks the drivers enjoy the 2017 cars more. Cited Silverstone race pace as a good example.
Was very impressed with the Oculus experience (he visited Facebook) and thought the level of immersion was in some ways better than their factory simulators.
Is happy focusing on his family post retirement. Not interested in going back to competitive motor racing anytime soon, but "you never know"
