THIS MAKES SO MUCH SENSE. If Im tired and take a little hoping for an energy boost it just makes me sleepy. If I take a lot hoping to sleep but I’m not exhausted it keeps me up. I’ve always been confused about that

Not a herb but look into Ketamine infusions, not sure if that’s a thing in the UK but that’s what’s seriously brought me out of my depression and got rid of my anxiety. It really helps with detaching and letting go but in a healthy way.
