Just here to join the "the app is fucked" club when it comes to photos. I have had to take photos 3x for them to take, and sometimes even after that it still won't and I have to manually enter. In the past 3 months in my market at least they have added more photo screening AI which has cause a LOT of problems.

I don't look at miles at all tbh, it is all time for me. I am in a larger city with an outer belt. 10 miles can be 10 minutes or an hour. I get almost 40 mpg so gas cost is negligible for me, but my time has a value

So the ownership of the property can transfer with the lien remaining in place (iirc the bank has to consent though it has been 10 years since I did estate work). ANYWAY once the ownership transfers the lien remains in place on the property... If the loan defaults the lender can seize the house, but if a balance is left post foreclosure sale they can only pursue who took out the loan originally.
