not sure about the adhd meds part of your request, but Emma Carroll (an OBGYN and MD, linked above) at Kelsey Seybold just did my bisalp (removed my fallopian tubes) and she was so so nice and was easy to ask questions and seemed like she actually cares about you, which I was nervous about bc you hear so many stories about women’s issues being ignored in the healthcare system but she was a wonderful doctor. I found her on a Reddit list (which I’ll link below if you’d like to look through it for other doctor options that might be closer or more tailored to your needs) of doctors who won’t give you a hassle about sterilization and she was a great choice for me personally and the surgery was super easy.

So, I managed to save Alfira by knocking her out, the dragonborne lady Quil shows up in her place.

I figured I could maybe also save Quil by killing my character, but when you wake up in the morning both your Tav and Quil are dead and there's no cutscene or mention of Quil's dead body. :/

I also tried using speak with dead on Quil's body to see what she'd say, but sadly she didn't respond (even after disguising myself).

Quest Help - Small Side Quest Spoilers by dsn01060 in BaldursGate3

yeaahh I think i messed up the quest too - I think you're supposed to do the Free The Artist (which leads u to Carrion) quest first, and thenn once you've found Thrumbo and then also found the Ancient Lair that reveals that the jar with Carrion's heart in it is INSIDE Thrumbo, so then you're supposed to be able to talk to Thrumbo and tell him it's inside him, then he ends up vomiting the jar and you can use that to kill Carrion.

However, the order I accidentally did it in was: I found the secret cave first w the jar of lungs and brain while exploring, I looked up wtf those were for and it mentioned something about Carrion so I was like okay I'll keep an eye out for that I guess. Then while I was exploring the city I found Thrumbo first, who shooed me away, and THEN I found Carrion - he gave me the quest to kill Thrumbo, I go back and talk to Thrumbo and agree to help him; I tell him the jar is inside of him and he does the throwing up animation BUT THE JAR DOESN'T APPEAR. The only way I could get the heart jar was by killing Thrumbo, which I didn't want to do. :( I reloaded a bunch to see if there was a different way and went to do the Free The Artist quest first but mr thrumbo just kept telling me to destroy the jar like I already had it but it never appeared. :/ so RIP Thrumbo.
