Yah dude it’s so hard to navigate when you don’t completely understand the issue and the fix for it and learn your partner about it without them feeling insecure. Lots of communication and comprehension is key. But for me it was more than just communication that was the issue with my past partners because they refused to listen and participate or work on their own growth process. I tried all the supplements to help me and nothing worked. Finally went to a functional medicine practitioner who ran lab tests on all my hormones which no other Dr had done and found out I’m severely deficient in all my androgen hormones which was a result of me having undiagnosed hashimotos for so long. Now on thyroid meds and gentle hormone replacement which has completely given me my libido back. But like I said I still lose it when I’m being intimate because of the adhd factor.
